Shoe Fix

Finally! Thanks, again, to the heads up from Ripped Nylon, these lovelies came back in stock on Go Jane. They should arrive on Monday and I am hoping they are everything that I hoped they would be!!! :)



Ok, so these are Houston boots I ordered from Shoe Dazzle before i knew the above Go Jane boots were in stock! Yikes!!! I got these bad boys in last night. I am in love with the sleekness of them and the material; however, I am having some doubts and issues with the inside construction of the boots. Mainly, the bottom shoe pad seems off and is literally appearing to peel off. I may have to email Kim K. about this!!! Shoe Dazzle did have an awesome pair of over the knee suede gray boots but in flats. :( I would swap these out for those, but they are sold out! For $39.00 you can't go wrong with Shoe Dazzle.

Now, I NEVER ever thought I would be swooning over clogs.... I mean, back in the day, they were just not really in style when I was growing up. However, with the wide leg trousers and jeans I have I needed something with a little more chunk! Amazingly, these cuties are super comfy. I almost bought a pair of gray (my go to color this season) suede clogs with a lower heel, but then I remembered, I am 4'11''! Hellooooooooo.....I need the insane heels! I know Rachel Zoe is petite and she never wears anything less that 5 inches in height! These are probably about 4.75 inches! ;)



So leave it up to Ripped Nylon to share with me some amazing deals going on over at Charlotte Russe. They are having a major boot sale.....With that said, I saw these utility chic boots. I remember seeing the Gap plaid shirts and skinny jean holiday ads around Christmas last year and the girls were wearing awesome Burberry ( i think) boots that were similar to these. I also remember how badly I wanted them, but without the heavy price tag. I am thinking I may need a pair of functional chic utility boots to ease my desire. I mean, who doesn't want a pair of this to rock with skinny jeans when the snow starts dusting the streets on New Jersey?!


or....... pair of these?! These I found on Go Jane today while I was pulling the image of the fist pair of this post. Web browsing is seriously putting a whole in my wallet! Its almost as if I can come up with every reason why I need so many different types of boots and shoes to wear with this or that. Unfortunately, my roommate, I mean my boyfriend at home ;) does not agree. My closets are bursting at the seams. Ugh.....I wish I could make my computer room into a walk-in closet. Seriously, how sweet would that be???

Until then, I need to really organize my shoes and put away the summer and bring out the F/W ones. I really don't like to get rid of too many shoes mainly because I keep them all in great condition and you never know when some styles might fade back into style!
